Blue Light Filtering
Computers and electronic gadgets can make day-to-day life much easier, but there’s evidence that they may take a toll on our health: The blue light emitted from all these screens can cause eye strain and interfere with sleep. Our brains seem to interpret it as sunlight, confusing our bodies around nighttime and throwing off our production of melatonin, which in turn may lead to trouble sleeping. Studies have shown that blocking blue light may improve sleep quality, and that’s where blue-light-blocking glasses come into play. - "Verywell Health"
